Frontend development by Softlance
We build the interface layer: React and Next.js applications in TypeScript, from a single high-stakes checkout flow to a design system that a dozen product teams build on. If you have a Figma file and no frontend team, this is the service that turns it into a shipped product.
Pixel accuracy is the baseline. What actually decides whether a frontend survives is the boring part — component boundaries, state that lives in one place, a test suite that catches regressions, and accessibility that was designed in rather than patched after an audit.
We also do rescue work: an app that has become slow, a component library nobody uses because it fights them, a React codebase inherited from a team that has moved on.
What you get
Component library
Typed, documented and versioned, with visual regression tests so a change in one place cannot quietly break another.
WCAG 2.2 AA compliance
Keyboard navigation, focus management, colour contrast and screen-reader semantics, verified with automated and manual passes.
Performance budget
Bundle size and Core Web Vitals enforced in CI rather than checked once at launch.
Design-to-code workflow
Design tokens shared between Figma and code so a brand change is one commit, not a month of hunting hex codes.

Frontend Development — frequently asked questions
Can you work from our Figma designs?
Yes — that is the most common way we start. We review the file first for states, edge cases and responsive behaviour that designs usually leave implicit, agree those with your designer, then build.
Can you join our existing frontend team?
Yes. We work inside your repository, your review process and your sprint rhythm, either as extra capacity or as senior engineers alongside a junior team.
Our React app has become slow. Can you fix it?
Usually. We profile first and report where the time actually goes — bundle size, render waterfalls, unmemoized subtrees, over-fetching — then fix in priority order with before-and-after numbers.
Do you handle accessibility compliance?
Yes, to WCAG 2.2 AA, which is what the European Accessibility Act requires of most consumer-facing services in the EU. We can audit an existing product or build compliance in from the start.
